What we are

AquaTrader is a Canadian peer-to-peer marketplace where aquarium hobbyists buy, sell, and trade livestock, plants, tanks, and equipment with other enthusiasts in their local community. We launched because the hobby deserved a dedicated home — not a general classifieds board where fish listings get buried between furniture and car parts.

Built by hobbyists

We're aquarium keepers ourselves. We know the frustration of overpaying at a chain store for something a fellow hobbyist would happily rehome for a fraction of the price. AquaTrader exists to make those connections easy, safe, and local.

List what you have, browse what you need, and connect directly with sellers or buyers near you through in-app messaging. No middlemen, no commissions — just hobbyists helping hobbyists.
